5:30-6:30 pm - 30th Annual Falmouth Community Tree Lighting, Village Park

Join us for a celebration of holiday spirit at the 30th Annual Holiday Tree Lighting. There will be cookie decorating, crafts, refreshments, and a visit from Santa!

Friday, December 2nd

5:00-9:00 pm - Parents' night out, centerpoint martial arts, 65 gray road

Drop the kids off for an evening of pizza and games while you head out for a fun night on the town. Sign up by contacting Centerpoint Martial Arts at centerpointmartialarts.com. For more information, click here.

5:30-8:30 pm - Holiday Happy Hourvery merry falmouth event Tent, route 1

A tasting event featuring local breweries and food purveyors. Live music by local band Sugarbush. Tickets are $20 and are available for purchase online or at the door. 20% of proceeds will be donated to the Falmouth Food Pantry.

5:30-8:30 pm - Free Horse-Drawn Wagon Rides, Route 1

Get a unique perspective of Route One from your seat in a horse-drawn wagon!

Saturday, December 3rd

9:00 am - Ugly Sweater Merry MileMaine Medical Partners, Bucknam Road

Throw on your ugliest holiday sweater and race down Route 1 in Falmouth's Merriest Mile! Register here

10:00 am-Sunset - Segway Santa and his Elf, Route 1

Lots of places have Santa, but only Very Merry Falmouth has Santa on a Segway! Santa will be patrolling the Route 1 corridor to talk with shoppers all day. If you're good, you might find he has a gift for you!

10:00 am-12:00 pm - WHOM Remote, very merry falmouth event Tent, route 1

Join our friends from WHOM for a live remote radio broadcast. 

10:00 am-12:00 pm - Free Holiday Movies, Flagship Cinemas

11:00 am-4:00 pm - Free Horse-Drawn Wagon Rides, Route 1

Get a unique perspective of Route 1 from your seat in a horse-drawn wagon!

12:00-4:00 pm - Open Skating at twombley pond has been cancelled due to construction at the rink 

1:30-3:30 pm - Chili, Chowder, Soup, and Stew Cook-off, very merry falmouth event Tent, Route 1

Who serves the best chili, chowder, soup, and stew in all of Falmouth?! Local restaurants and food purveyors are entering their best recipes for prizes and, more importantly, bragging rights. Bring your family for a taste of the best there is and cast your vote for the People's Choice Award! Tickets are $10/person (children 12 and under eat free!) with 20% of the proceeds benefiting the Falmouth Food Pantry.

1:30-3:30 pm - Touch-a-Truck, Parking lot near flagship cinemas

Bring the kids to see their favorite rescue vehicles up close and even get a chance to climb inside!
